Each partnership begins with a kick-off workshop. This kick-off will include getting to know the team, agreeing on the deliverables, identifying key success measures and fine tuning the project plan for the work ahead.

Deep Dive

This is the phase where we learn everything we can about your business. We want to truly understand your culture, your employees, your growth plan, and anything else that you think is important based on our work together.

This phase could include:

The deep dive results in an executive summary and detailed report of our findings along with recommendations.

Create

Based on data and insights collected during the deep dive we start creating the best solutions to address your organizational needs. This co-creation process can be as highly interactive as you like and includes the use of several methodologies to design innovative and appropriate solutions.

Roadmap

The roadmap is the tactical, and critical, part of the process. It is how we go from design to implementation. Working closely with your team to understand the rhythm of your business, delivery channels, and internal communication approach PS SQUARED Advisors will define a pragmatic roadmap to bring our designs to life.

This is where the rubber meets the road. PS SQUARED Advisors works closely with your team to put in place the measures and metrics to know that our work is moving the needle in the right direction.

Our Founder

Pam Seplow, founder of PS SQUARED Advisors, is a talent strategist, recognized thought leader and a coach with a successful career as a Human Resources and Talent Management executive. When partnering with clients, Pam brings her experiences and insights to consult on the creation of employee experiences and talent management programs. Pam’s strength is in identifying and communicating how to integrate these practices across an organization.

Pam has worked with organizations of all sizes, such as SAP and Accolade, to create impactful strategies and programs focused on: the employee experience, employee recognition, talent management, internal communications, leadership development, talent acquisition, and corporate and social responsibility.

Certified in Clifton StrengthFinders™, Purposeful Leadership Assessment and MBTI, Pam is passionate about relationships and helping people connect with the work they do and the company they are a part of, Pam has a strong desire to identify the threads that link these things together in order to create an amazing employee experience for every employee.

In addition to her client work, Pam has served on the all-volunteer leadership team of the Komen 3-Day for the Cure for over 18 years, serves on the Board of Directors for Girls Spark, is a volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House and a mentor via Ever Wise.

When not working with clients or volunteering, some of Pam’s favorite things are: cooking for friends and family, exploring off the beaten path, sipping a latte while reading a good book, a great quote or small world story, Paris, a day wandering a new city and snapping pictures that capture the moment.

In addition to volunteering our time, PS SQUARED Advisors has taken the 1% pledge and will donate 1% of its profits to a different charitable organization each year.

In 2020 PS SQUARED Advisors has chosen the Ronald McDonald House Charities Philadelphia Region as its recipient. The Ronald McDonald House Charities provides support to families of seriously ill children by creating a community where they receive food, a home-like place to stay and other out-reach services.
